Delivery FAQs

We do not despatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Orders will be despatched on the next working day, at the earliest.

CUT OFF TIME FOR 1ST CLASS AND 2ND CLASS: 14:30PM
Orders placed after 14:30 will be despatched the next working day.
CUT OFF TIME FOR DPD: 12PM
Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day.
 
Delivery Methods:

2nd Class Royal Mail (NOT TRACKED) Goods will usually be delivered within 3-4 working days. This is not a guarantee.

1st Class Royal Mail (NOT TRACKED) Goods will usually be delivered within 1 working day. This is not a guarantee.

DPD Next Day (TRACKED) Goods will be delivered the next working day.


If the order weight exceeds 2kg, goods will automatically be delivered by courier DPD.


I Have Not Received My Parcel

Royal Mail advise the following:

  • We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (please add an extra working day if there's a redirection in place.)
  • If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation.
