Delivery FAQs

We do not despatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Orders will be despatched on the next working day, at the earliest.

Delivery Methods
2nd Class Royal Mail (NOT TRACKED) Goods will usually be delivered within 3-4 working days.

1st Class Royal Mail (NOT TRACKED) Goods will usually be delivered within 1 working day.
CUT OFF TIME: 3pm    Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the next working day. 

DPD Next Day (TRACKED) Goods will be delivered the next working day.
CUT OFF TIME: 12pm   Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day. 

If the order weight exceeds 2kg, goods will automatically be delivered by courier DPD.


I Have Not Received My Parcel

Royal Mail advise the following:

  • We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (please add an extra working day if there's a redirection in place.)
  • If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation.
