Natures Kiss Herbal Massage is our favourite all rounder for relieving and soothing away aches and pains.With Arnica as a key ingredient it can also help with bruising.
DIRECTIONS: Apply liberally to the affected area and massage into the skin. Use as needed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on open wounds or infected areas of the skin. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Arnica oil (Canola oil (and) Arnica montana flower extract), Cetostearyl alcohol, Glycerin, Calendula oil (Canola oil (and) Calendula officinalis flower extract), Hypericum oil (Canola oil (and) Hypericum perforatum flower extract), Glyceryl stearate (and) PEG-100 stearate, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil, Menthol, Beeswax, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl glycol, Sorbic acid.

I have been using this product for many tears now and am never without it. Apart from relieving muscular and joint pain, it has many other uses. I find it more affective than proprietary products for pain relief.

This product is excellent it relieves aching and sore muscles almost instantly and lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours giving relief.

Lovely hot stuff that eases the aches, pains and sore joints! There's always a tub of this in our home (and a red tub of the even better "Hot Stuff", when we can get it)
