DIRECTIONS: Apply liberally to the affected area and massage into the skin. Use as needed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on open wounds or infected areas of the skin. Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Arnica oil (Canola oil (and) Arnica montana flower extract), Cetostearyl alcohol, Glycerin, Calendula oil (Canola oil (and) Calendula officinalis flower extract), Hypericum oil (Canola oil (and) Hypericum perforatum flower extract), Glyceryl stearate (and) PEG-100 stearate, Menthol, Beeswax, Peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil, Eucalyptus oil, Clove oil, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl glycol, Sorbic acid.

5 I have used this herbal massage cream for many years. I needed something to help with some bruising on my arm and this massage cream with 50% more arnica has worked wonders.

Easy massage into skin. The herbal scent is relaxing and helps relieve muscle tension after a long day. Must have item for me.

This really works! An foot injury is healing well thanks to this. I've also got the everyday massage cream and initially wasn't sure whether to get this for fear of it having a stronger smell, but it hasn't at all, and it's pleasant.
